High Tea is dedicated to the many different ways the word is used to describe the time of day when a meal or snack is consumed. 
When I first moved to New Zealand, now more than 20 years ago, I was fascinated by all the different terms for lunch and dinner... I had no idea 'Tea' meant Dinner and 'Dinner' could mean lunch. And then there was morning tea and high tea. And smoko!
