Constructed from fragments of my own print library, this one-off collage brings cut-out elements into a new setting. Each fragment retains the space it came from, creating a physical trace of another place and another time.

As a migrant, the sense of being from somewhere else often sits beneath my work. For these two pieces, shelters have been cut from their original landscapes, while the landscapes themselves have been turned upside down. Displaced from their origins, they share the same space but exist in a different time zone — a reflection of living between places, memories and versions of home.
